Liebe Community, wir nutzen Snom D785 Geräte und haben alle Nutzer im Büro über BLF-Tasten hinterlegt. Wenn nun ein Gespräch an das falsche Gerät durchgestellt wird oder man sich ein Gespräch holen will (weil der Kollege nicht am Platz ist) und auf die BLF-Taste des klingelnden Nutzers drückt, bekommt man als Rückmeldung nur "besetzt". Gibt es eine Möglichkeit sich das Telefonat zu holen?

Dear Community,
we are using Snom D785 Devices and we have configuered the BLF buttons for each user. Now we would like to get a call from another user (e.g. call was transferred to the wrong / sick colleague) and I want to take her/his call. If i click the BLF button of my (absent) colleague, i get the answer, that the colleague is occupied/busy. Is there a way to get a call from another device/user?

If those keys are configured as BLFs, when you press the key you are simply starting a call towards your colleague extension.
What you are trying to achieve is called call pickup and it may be possible, but for sure need some additional configuration depending on the PBX or platform your phone is registered with.
It should be up to whomever installed the phones and the PBX/platform to configure them to pick up a call on another extension if that's possible, we could be of help but to keep investigating this we would need a private ticket: if you are a Snom partner please raise one, otherwise ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.

The configuration of the key will depend on Sipgate, maybe they can help on configuring a pickup key instead of a BLF, but we only offer direct support to Snom partners.
The best way to go is to buy a device via a Snom official partner and not via Amazon or some third party reseller unable to offer you support, you can contact our sales team (https://www.snom.com/en/contact/contact-person/) and ask them to direct you towards a Snom partner so that they can configure everything properly and rely on our support if they need help.
