How do I submit an actual trouble ticket with Snom? Help desk links all seem to take me back to the community forum. No responses to my question there.
You can raise a private ticket only if you're a Snom partner, otherwise you can only raise a thread on the public Community, or you can ask your Snom reseller (likely, a partner) to do so for you
If you aren't a Snom partner and don't have a partner you can ask for help, please contact our sales team as they may be able to direct you to a Snom partner you can contact to get support
