Dear community,


we here have an M700 with two M70, one M25 and the said two M65.

I managed to update the firmware on the M700 and M70+M25 to 530.02.

In the extensions section of the M700 management console, I saw that the binaries were also transmitted to the 2 M65.

Now, since yesterday afternoon, the status in the field "FWU progress", the status is and remains "initializing". 

Both are placed in their charging cradles.

Has anyone experienced and solved such a situation or knows what to do anyways?

I appreciate any kind of help offered. Thank you in advance!

    Dear community,

    the problem has now been resolved. After I was unable to find a solution on the Internet and no support was offered by SNOM support, I realised a few days ago that one of the two cordless devices had carried out the FW update.

    I then thought about what could have caused this. To try it out, I restarted the handset while it was in the charging cradle. The update was then also carried out on this device.

    I don't know whether this is the planned procedure and can be reproduced in other cases, but my case is now closed.
