hi everyone.

I have a M500 Station with M55 Dect and after deregistration (because i needed to reset station) from WEBUI all the M55 Display are off. It seems that they start but display are off.

Can someone help me?

    i have the same issue on three different Handsets. Which Firmware on the handsets do you have?

    I think it´s a Firmware Bug from 1.12.2

    How can we fix this issue?

    Thanks for the answer but Snom sent us other handset in warranty.

    Hi, I have the same problem with the M55. it goes into the Stanby an rings no more. I did not find the firmware URL on the SNOM page.
