We moved all the files to the https server, there usually is an automatic redirection in place from http to https but we had a small issue on that today, we are working to fix it.
It may depend on a lot of things, but we would need some logs to investigate this, and to do that we need a ticket: if you are a Snom partner please raise a private ticket, or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.

Dec 09, 2022This is still not solved. The HTTP → HTTPS redirect is not working
Other download files are broken, as they contain only HTTP links even when requested with HTTPS:

Dec 02, 2022That link worked for downloading to my PC, but the PA1 fails to update when I enter the URL via the GUI on the Software Update page and click Load.
The current version of this PA1 is snomPA1-SIP 8.7.3.19
I also manually rebooted the unit but it still failed to update. Any ideas?

Mar 08, 2023I run into the same problem today. It looks like the HTTP to HTTPS redirecting is still not working.
