Hi there, I have a hardware here with an old FW IPDECT/03.23/B0005.

Unfortunately is doesn't respond to any commands on the firmware update page:


 

When I click on Save/Start Update or Start Update there is nothing happening.

Can you give me some hint on this?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately we still have problems with our download server.
    Our IT department work on it.


    For now you can do a local upgrade as below

    https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/How+to+update+M300%2CM700%2CM900+and+handsets+via+Network

    Please notice you can use any http server locally, just respect the same directory structure as in the guide.

    Alternatively you can try to use our backup server dect2.snom.com

    Hi Michal,

    dect2.snom.com is working fine.


    However, it is quite confusing that (after you started the FW-update on the interface) you don't get any response that the unit is downloading the firmware image. It looks like nothing is happening. Would be good to built in some response so that the user knows what is going on.
