The icon of the central directory disapeared of my snom M25 after updating to firmware 530.10, how can y restore  it ?

    Hi, are both the base and the phone on the same firmware version?

    Hi, thank you for your response.

    Yes the firmware is the same on the base and on the phone.

    unfortunately the master reset did not solve the problème.

    Hi, what type of address book is configured on the base?

    Are there other handset models that the centralized phone book is working on?

    Hi,

    The centralized phonebook disappeared from all the M25 handsets after the update.

    The type of address Book is "Local" with a serveur address and an XML file.

    I try the option "import a central directory" with my xml file, but the central directory did not reappaer.
