We are presenting a proposal for a 3CX system and snom D717 desk phones. The network configuration for the customer's existing phone system is grabbing the DHCP and not responding. I'd like to be able to reconfigure the D717 with a static IP in the client address range for demonstrations. However, I haven't found the magic combination to access the network configuration on the phone. The phone has been provisioned so whatever the 3CX information has been downloaded to the phone, so the default "admin / 0000" doesn't work.

Is there a KB on accessing the network configuration from the phone keypad for a 3CX system?

    If the phone is provisioned by 3CX, when the phone is on you can go in the PBX to Left Menu → Phones, here search for the phone via extension or MAC and click on the eye on the Right. The "phone Password" line is the admin password to access in web configuration and enable the admin mode on the phone.
