Could someone assist me, please?
I'm attempting to reset the Snom D315 as I'm unable to log in to the web interface or the admin mode on the phone itself.
I've already tried performing a settings reset through a restart, but that hasn't resolved the issue.

Currently, I'm unable to bypass the admin password requirement, and I need to provision the phone through the web interface for 3CX.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the web login credentials.

I'm not aware of the firmware version of the D315.

Additionally, the phone is connected to our network via RJ-45.

    The phone can be reset as shown here Reset a phone to factory defaults or reset all settings

    If this still doesn't work it may be that the MAC is saved on our own provisioning server and after a reset it will always pick up the configuration from there.

    We can remove the MAC but we need a private ticket with the MAC and a picture, that is the only way we can do it, and we can only provide that via ticket to our Snom partners: if you are one please raise a ticket, if not please contact your Snom reseller and ask them to do so for you.
