Hi there we updated to this New Firmware, but the M65 show Awaiting other FWU, but the binary is in the Page as a link, maybe you forgot to Insert it.

    The firmware is there, you can download it from this URL

    The update may be waiting for other devices (the base can only update one device at the time) or it may have stopped for any other reason: please make sure there is nothing else upgrading and try again, making sure the handset is charging during the process.

    If that doesn't work we need more details and logs, to investigate we will need a private ticket, you can raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
