My D345 was working fine. Now both screens and both LED's are lit up when I connect it. The device is not booting too while keeping the # key pressed (screens and LEDS are lit up again). Is the boot loader corrupt - rescue mode can not be reached .... Thanks a lot in advance for your help (smile) Thomas

    Hi,

    If the device isn't booting up while trying to get into recovery mode there isn't anything else that can be done, please get in touch with your Snom reseller and you can apply for an RMA if the warranty is still valid on this device.

    Hi Gianmaria, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately warranty has expired. Is it worth to try access through tftp service?

    Not sure what you mean, but if booting up the phone while keeping the # key pressed doesn't get you into recovery mode there is nothing else you can do here, the phone won't boot up in any other way.
