Hi, when i activate multicell for the first cell, there is the message "Multicell unchained - ready to be secondary" instead of primary.

Can you help me to manage this cell to be primary?

    Hi,

    Probably not enough parameters have been configured on the base and it doesn't know it needs to be a primary, please follow the steps below

    In order setup a base as a DECT Sync Primary, some things need to be configured

    • NTP server
    • Timezone and country
    • At least one SIP server
    • At least one extension
    • Multicell enabled

    In order setup a base as a DECT Secondary, some things need to be configured

    • The secondary must have the same firmware as the primary
    • There must be no settings (except the network and the ones below)
    • The secondary must have the same NTP server as the primary
    • The secondary must have the same timezone/country as the primary
    • The secondary must have the same configuration in the Multi Cell menu as the primary

    Habe ich alles gemacht, es klappt aber leider nicht.

    Bei beiden Stationen steht Connected und Looked. Jedoch steht als Empfangsstärke immer das "Infinity Zeichen", auch wenn ich lange warte und die Basisstationen direkt nebeneinander lege.
    Was könnte das sein ?
