Hello,  I have upgraded the ip phones within our office with the M200 and M15 Snom phone sets.  I chose these for their easy button hold and transfer feature.  Unfortunately I am getting an odd glitch when once I press the (pause / hold), transfer or conference button the next menu screen pops up where I can choose an external line or intercom for literally a second then I get"ended" message and the call hangs up.  I have updated the firmware on both the base unit and handsets.  This issue occurs on every handset.  I initially thought it was the pbx provider but after testing an alternate model IP phone, I believe it might be the handsets.  Additionally (which might be related). I can use a work around for the hold by pressing * then dialing an extension number or external line but I only get 4 seconds to do this before it comes back off hold (this maybe the pbx provider but this it might also be a timeout setting on the base station.    I am at a loss to why this is happening but without a solution will have to return these phone and order something else.  I hope someone can help resolve this.

    Hi,
    it is a weird behavior, maybe there is something wrong in the holding transaction. I think it is better if you or your reseller open a ticket on our helpdesk platform to investigate this.
    We need the M200 configuration and a pcap trace taken during the issue.
