I need to buy new headsets for my company, but I want to be sure that they work 100% with the 3CX webclient. Meaning, support for mute and answering calls.
We are currently working closely together with 3CX to get our A330 headsets fully integrated into their clients. We will make an announcement as soon as this is achieved, and you will also see this on the 3CX website.
