If I create my template on SRAPS and I provide all the sensitive data like username and password to the provisioning profile, is the data encrypted when the phone downloads it?

    There is no need to encrypt the configuration files when you encrypt the communication channel (HTTPS). If the files are auto-provisioned to the phones using HTTPS only, everything should be safe.
