After firmware update on M700 our handsets M65 do not send DND to M700. 

Also several times the hour, M700 is deregistering and registering right afterwards to SIP provider. We don't know why.

Rebooting, or eben downgrade to 530.2 firmware did not help.

    only DND stop working?

    Could you set the log to Debug level in Maintenance webpage, clear the Syslog page, set the DND on a M65 and check if there is some logs?

      We recently set up new M900 with current 610.05 firmware. Same problems.

      Incoming calls, when M65 handset is set to DND will show a 480 Temporarily Unavailable in SIP log. Result is, that caller hears message "cannot process call. phone unavailable".

    Our sip provider is reporting, that M700 keeps registering/deregistering every few minutes. > 100 times a day. So there is something strange happening.


    Regarding DND: We cleared syslog, activated DND on M65. There were many log entries shown. But none of them were giving a hint regarding DND.

    Nein, das Setzen des DND am M65 erzeugt keinen Eintrag im SIP Log. Das Zeichen im Display des M65 wird aber angezeigt.

    Sorry, I don't understand what is the problem in your last message. When the handset is in DND mode is correct that you get a SIP 480 Temporarily Unavailable message.

      Our provider "Easybell" is telling us, that they are not receiving correct responses from Snom Device, so they are not able to use call forwarding in case of DND.

      Resulting into not being able to toggle call forwarding based on DND setting on handheld, which used to be working a couple weeks ago.
