Sept 09, 2022Hi,
With our server, there seems to be too many "/" in the URL the base is trying to use, please try and use https://dect.snom.com as the server
With the local upgrade, the base is still trying another one and cannot handle two at the same time, please reboot the base and try with the URL above.
Thank you
Gianmaria

Sept 09, 2022Hi Gianmaria,
It seems the slash is from the forwarding link, when you hoover your link https://dect.snom.com it resolves to http://dect.snom.com///M700/M700_v0530_b0002.fwu

Sept 09, 2022Hi,
This is quite strange, when I try it it resolves in http://dect.snom.com//M700/M700_v0530_b0002.fwu (which has two "/" and can be handled correctly).
Please try to reboot the base and try a local upgrade again, keeping in mind that you can jump to 530B2 from some specific previous version only, all the warnings are in the firmware upgrade page on our Service platform.
Thank you
