Hi, we currently have around 70 Snom 300 units which have now lost some functionality since 3CX moved solely to SHA-2. Is it possible to update the Snom 300 units to enable SHA-2 support?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately Snom 300 do not support the SHA-2 algorithm, you can see which devices actually do support it here

    By clicking into the "Click here to expand..." button, you'll notice that all the old phones from our 3xx series only support the SHA-1, while all the new series like D7xx and D3xx also support SHA-2.
