Hi,

we have problem with two  base stations M900.  They worked properly about one year, but now after restart they are unable to boot. Orange LED sill blinking. We reset it to factory with reset button, but it has no efect. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi,

    If they aren't booting up and getting an IP address (you can enter the menu on a random handset and press * 4 7 *, the handset will search for the base and get back the IP if it got one), please try in an isolate network with the DHCP protocol active only, no LLDP.

    If even in that network they do not pick up an IP address, the only thing you can do is an RMA with the reseller you've got the base stations from.
