The M700 base station is an End Of Life product since June 2022 and no new firmware will be released for this product, please take a look into the URLÂ Snom products lifecycle
If you look into the 610B5 firmware page you will see that no download is available for the M700 as in the screenshot below
I can actually see the EOL for the M700 in the same page you've linked: we announced the M700 as End Of Sales since a couple of years and the EOL date has been added at least on January 2021 as I can see internally.
We still are not sure about the evolution of the new handsets together with our EOL products, our developers will need to take a lot of things into consideration and the roadmap is decided together with our product owner: if you want more information about the portfolio please contact your Snom sales representative if you are a Snom partner, of your reseller/distributor if you aren't, as they would be the ones able to keep you up to date.

Jul 26, 2022Maybe you should announce EOL sooner than a month after.
On Snom products lifecycle there is no EOL given.

Aug 11, 2022Just discovered the same thing...
In the past, newer phones required a recent firmware version on the base station. Does this indicate, that the next headsets may not work on M700?
That would be a bummer...
