Hi list,

on a customer site equiped with ~10 D785 phones + D7C extension (SIP 10.1.141.13 (VPN active) D7C 1.1.1) we face following problem in 95% of cases:

. incoming call answered
. call has to be transfered to ldap cardbook user
. transfer button pressed
. cardbook button pressed
.T9 search till user found
.validate
.search for phone number to call for this user
.validate
.nothing happend: no relation with the called user

Now, we take back the on hold call and repeat operation: everything work floowlessly

This problem happend on mainly all transfered incoming calls, doesn't matter which phone answered the call.

I have a video from the operation if needed by support.

    Complement: if we use keys from D7C there is no problem

    . incoming call answered

    . HOLD button pressed
    . cardbook button pressed
    . T9 search till user found
    . validate
    . search for phone number to call for this user
    . validate
    . now the phone is calling the ldap contact number
    . TRANSFER button pressed 2 times
