I have a new SNOM D717 and I cannot reach the Web interface from PC directly connected to SNOM D717, I can see connexion refused on browser ? Do you have an idea to resolve my issue ? thank you

    Hi, 


    Do you have DNS server? If the phone doesn't have DNS server you will not  access to the web interface.

    no I don't have a DNS server, but if I try to reach the phone with IP address, do I need a DNS server ?

    Where the DNS server is installed ? In the computer directly connected to the phone ?

    Do you have a specific documentation for that ?
