Dear Community and support,

during M700 upgrade, there was a problem and M700 restart with RTX firmware. The mac address became different from the sticker, RFPI address and RPN became with FF...

I try to update manually with a snom firmware without success (the upgrade process seems correct).

Can you help me to find an issue?

    Hi,

    It seems like the base station lost its branding: there is unfortunately nothing to do here if not proceed with a replacement.

    Please raise this as an RMA with your Snom reseller/distributor.
