ive bought a second hand snom 715 - Can someone help me.


ive done the reset but it keeps auto provisioning to the old user.


Can Snom remove this for me?

    Hi,

    You can raise a ticket to remove the MAC from our provisioning server, which is where it's likely to be pulling the configuration, as below
