Hello,

we have a M900 Multicell Installation with M25 Headsets. The actual firmware is 450.13.

What Upgrade-Path (intermediate Firmware-Steps) is recommended / required to upgrade to the current firmware?

    Hi,

    It should be enough to take the three steps below to upgrade

    BSV500B1 (base) HSV500B1 (handset) - Official Release

    BSV530B7 (base) HSV530B7 (handset) - Official Release

    BSV650B2 (base) HSV650B2 (handset) - Official Release

    These are only necessary for the base station: you can keep the Version and Branch for the handsets to "0" until the base is on 650, then upgrade the handsets in one single step

    To upgrade the handsets, once the base is on 650, please keep the Version and Branch of the base to "0" and make sure all handsets are in their charging cradle for the whole update process
