I have a Snom D712 IP phone that is only showing the speaker and headset lights in green. Nothing on the display or the red corner light. Can I do anything to fix this? Will flashing the firmware resolve this?

    Hi,

    The only thing you could do is to try and recover the phone as show in the page Recovery: SPLiT via HTTP

    If that doesn't work, you would need an RMA for this device with your Snom reseller to get it replaced (if the warranty is still valid of course)

    Thanks for the reply. 

    I tried that, but I cant even get the phone into rescue mode so it doesn't look like its going to do it. The phone is out of warranty as well, so it will be going to in the electronics recycle bin.
