Push to talk not working on M80

I have two M80 dect phones set up. They both can make and receive calls.

I want them to have the push to talk/walkie talkie function on. My from understanding, I just have to enable the Push to Talk function and Save.

To activate it, I would hold the Mute button and talk into it. I've tried and nothing happens, the screen doesn't even do anything.
