Hi,
when a customer transfers a call, they have a message that displays sip<192.168.X.X@.....>. He must delete this message and then type the number of the line to which he wants to transfer. How do I prevent this message from appearing?

Hi, probably there is something wrong in the phone or identity configuration. Can you post more information about the message and the identity config?
