Dear community, I would like to have the BLF led on (red), when one desk phone is in DND mode, so that others can see that the person is not available.

    Hi, please check this guide: How to change the LED colour and behaviour for monitored extensions

    For solid red led when the extension is in DND status you have to set:

    DND_ALL DND_SELF dialog_dnd

    in

    led_on

    and

    led_red
