I am trying to upgrade M325 using below guide but links provided in this guide are not working.

If any one has upgraded M325 from 3.23 to version 4.10, please share setups you followed and if possible share firmware files

    Hi,

    the first advice is to search a guide in our support website: service.snom.com

    You don't need to use a TFTP server to update the M300, if the base has internet access, you can user our update server: 
    http://dect.snom.com

    in the Firmware upgrade webpage you must enter
    server: http://dect.snom.com
    version: 324
    branch: 21

    when the update is finished, you can updete the M300 to the next firmware version. You must update step by steb following this chain:

    324b21 -> 355b25 -> 400b02 -> 410b14 -> 450b13 -> 500b1 -> 520b1 -> 530b7

    Another advice is to reboot the M300 after each firmware update.

    When you reach the version you need, you can start the M25 update directly (you don't need to follow the chain for the handsets).
