Everything works great for incoming calls. During outgoing calls, the microphone is not working or there is some other problem that prevents the other party from hearing us.
There are no problems in the building or with the DSL provider.

If the microphone is working great in one scenario, I doubt this could be an hardware issue, it may have to do with the codecs used or anything related to the RTP audio stream (firewalls blocking specific ports for example).
To investigate further we would need a private ticket, you can raise one if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
