Sync.blue LDAP mit M900

Hallo,

ich versuche das Globale Telefonbuch via sync.blue (https://info.sync.blue/app/snom/de/) per LDAP hinzuzufügen.

Leider funktioniert dies nicht und ich erhalte nach korrekter Anmeldung am Telefon die Meldung "Keine Einträge".

Der sync.blue Support hatte den Hinweis gegeben "In Deinem Fall könnte vermutlich das Problem daran liegen, dass am Gerät, welches die Kontaktinformationen per LDAP erhält, das falsche Attribut für Vorname ("gn") und/oder Nachname ("sn") hinterlegt ist."

Nach meinem Kontakt mit dem Support hat sync.blue ebenfalls die Hilfsseite für LDAP aktualisiert und folgendes hinzugefügt: 

"Nicht kompatibel sind bisher:

• snom M900 (da LDAP-Attribut "givenName" statt "gn" verwendet wird)" (https://help.sync.blue/hc/de/articles/4466997417618) 

Die Anderen Optionen (CSV oder XML) stehen soweit ich das sehe nicht zur Verfügung, da ich für XML ein Zertifikat hochladen müsste, welches jedoch ebenfalls bei der M900 nicht geht, korrekt?

Habe ich irgendeinen Einfluss darauf? Kann ich dies umstellen in der M900?

Aktuell bin ich auf der Firmwareversion IPDECT-V2/05.20/B0001, würde ein Update auf eine neuere Version helfen?

Falls jemand weiter weiß, oder einen anderen günstigen Service kennt um Exchange Kontakte mit dem snom Telefonbuch zu synchronisieren würde ich mich darüber sehr freuen!

Hello,

I am trying to add the Global Phonebook via sync.blue (https://info.sync.blue/app/snom/de/) using LDAP.

Unfortunately this does not work and I get the message "No entries" after logging in correctly on the phone.

The sync.blue support had given the hint "In your case probably the problem could be that the wrong attribute for first name ("gn") and/or last name ("sn") is stored on the device which receives the contact information via LDAP."

After my contact with support, sync.blue also updated the help page for LDAP and added the following: 

"Not compatible so far are:

snom M900 (because LDAP attribute "givenName" is used instead of "gn")" (https://help.sync.blue/hc/de/articles/4466997417618) 

The other options (CSV or XML) are not available as far as I can see, because for XML I would have to upload a certificate, but this is also not possible with the M900, correct?

Do I have any influence on this? Can I change this in the M900?

Currently I am on the firmware version IPDECT-V2/05.20/B0001, would an update to a newer version help?

If someone knows more, or another cheap service to synchronize Exchange contacts with the snom phonebook I would be very happy about it!
