I just tried upgrading my M200 using the Base Firmware URL: http://dect.snom.com and it just returns "Error Could not retrieve firmware file"

Please advise

    Hi,

    dect.snom.com is only for M products. With MSC products you must copy/paste the complete firmware url in the URL fields:

    http://downloads.snom.com/dect/M200/M200SC-2.11.0.4-0.img - for base


    http://downloads.snom.com/dect/M15/M15SC-1.38.75-0.img - for handsets
