Hi there, we have a PA1 running firmware 8.7.3.19 and I'm unable to upgrade the Firmware to any versions. Like 8.7.3.25 or even the latest one 8.7.5.75. Is there a particular Upgrade Path I need to follow to get it up to the latest version? Note: The PA1 is connected to a 3CX environment  - Thanks

    Hi,

    There should be no need for an upgrade path, and the upgrade to 8.7.3.25 should work straight away.

    Maybe try removing the 3CX provisioning if the PBX is forcing a specific version.
