Snom D785 gebraucht: Reset nicht möglich

Habe seit heute ein gebrauchtes D785, auf dem alte User noch registriert ist. Ich habe über Settings reset und Recovery via network versucht, das Gerät auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen. Das klappt zunächst, auch wird die aktuelle Firmware installiert. Nach dem Neustart installiert das Gerät aber die ursprüngliche Firmware 10.1.127.10 und meldet die ID des alten Benutzern an. Benutzername und Kennwort für die Weboberfläche besitze ich nicht, es sind nicht die Standarddaten. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich noch tun könnte?

I have a used D785 on which is still registred the old user. I tried to reset the device to factory settings using Settings reset and Recovery via network. This works initially and the current firmware is also installed. After restarting, the device installs automaticly the older firmware 10.1.127.10 and logs in the old user's ID. I don't have the username and password for the web interface, they are not the default data. Does anyone have an idea what else I could do?
