We recently got new D713 phones. Neither preinstalled firmware nor  what 3CX pushed update (10.1.141.10) have "led_mute_usage" , "led_speaker_usage" features on phones settings XML configuration. We also downloaded latest version 10.1.159.12 but same problem. The problem is that they dont even exist in freshly installed state before provisioning. Thats why mute and speaker buttons dont light up when toggled. Buttons are functional but leds not coming up. I dont understand how its possible. Other phones: D717, old D712 etc work as it should but new D713s not.

    I have the same Problem with D785 (and D713) on latest FW 10.1.169.13.

    It happens on older D785 and brand new ones. the three bottom LEDs Mute/Speaker and Headset-Indicator lighten up with the phones POST but don't when selected/used or when H/S is connected.

        Figured it out for our D785. Seems unrelated to the original question.

    Hi, D713 has no led for headset, speaker and mute keys.
