Hello,

I want to connect a Busylight via USB to a D725 with 10.1.141.13 Firmware.

I looked at this documentation page and pasted the setting into my XML configuration.

However, my busy light stays off whenever I start a call.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    We never tested any busy light with our phones so we cannot help straight away here, if you are a partner please raise a private ticket as we may need some information on what the busy light expects to receive to activate, otherwise please ask your Snom reseller to raise a ticket for you.
