After performing a Terminal Update from snom 700 to 530.7, we can no longer make calls from the handsets, although we can make calls from landlines or even from outside on these M65 handsets. But between them we have a blank, the call does not initialize. The extensions/telephone are registered on the xivo/terminal.

 

Do you have a configuration for the Snom m700 terminals allowing you to check the basic elements?

    Hi,

    From the M700 web interface you can get the XML configuration file and, which could be very useful in this case, a SIP trace when trying to make calls so you can see what is happening.

    To investigate this I am afraid we will need these traces and an internal ticket, not a thread on the Community: if you don't have access to our Helpdesk to raise a ticket, please ask your reseller/distributor to do so.
