I have a PBX UCM6302 Grandstream, and inside I have Snom320 phone. I'd like to have in the function keys BLF of the other extensions. This works fine with Grandstream phones but also Yealink, Gigaset, Alcatel etc, but with this Snom320 I have the lights off. What do I have to set to it? Is there an incompatibility? (FW Snom 8.7.3.25)

Jun 14, 2023Hi,
On our new phones for the BLF to work properly with some Grandstream PBXs, the parameter below needs to be set to “recipient”
https://service.snom.com/display/wiki/user_default_blf_direction
But we can't say much about the Snom 320, that phone has been end of life since the end of 2018 and we can't offer much support on it

Thank you

Jun 17, 2023Thank you, but it doesn't work.
In the same LAN it is ok, but in remote no. (I setted also a Grandstream phone in remote, and it works fine, the led is green, etc)

Jun 19, 2023If this was a phone we currently support I would ask you to raise a ticket, it may depend on many things and we would need to investigate, but as said the Snom 320 has been End Of Life since the end of 2018 and we don't offer support on EOL products

Thank you
