M400 / M30 bad audio quality / schlechte Audioqualität (Echo)

Hallo zusammen,

das ist meine erster SNOM DECT Ausflug, wahrscheinlich auch die letzte.

Es ist schlecht zu vermitteln, die Geräte (2x M30) verstärken das gesprochene bzw. auch Umgebungsgeräusche über das Microphone und geben am Hörer wieder aus. Es ist extrem anstrengend so zu telefonieren. Die SIP Identität kann ausgeschlossen werden, es wurde mit 2 unterschiedlichen Providern getestet. Tatsächlich hat man das Gefühl ist auch mal besser und schlechter. Habe versucht die Firmware der Basis auf 650.02 anzuheben leider scheint Snom die zurückgezogen zu haben, dokumentiert ist das nicht.

Hat jemand M400 mit M30 laufen und ist zufrieden damit? Bin etwas ratlos, das kann man doch so nicht verkaufen.

The SIP identity can be ruled out, it was tested with 2 different providers. In fact, you get the feeling that things are sometimes better and worse. Tried to raise the base firmware to 650.02, but unfortunately Snom seems to have withdrawn it, but this is not documented.
Has anyone run M400 with M30 and is happy with it? I'm a bit at a loss, you can't sell it like that.
