Hello, I can't update from version 500B1, it doesn't matter which one. The wrong directory: FWU Downloading File http://dect.snom.com//M900/M900_v0510_b0001.fwu
When will this be fixed? Or can this be fixed at all? I have several hundred base stations that I can't all update via TFTP.

    Hi,

    Our IT department is working on this, in the meantime you can use a temporary server using the URL http://dect2.snom.com, that should work.

      According to the syslog, it doesn't even try to download anything from a URL
      If i copy your link it puts http://dect.snom.com/ into it.
      If i want to open dect2.snom.com in Browser:       Forbidden

      You don't have permission to access / on this server.

    You don't have access to the server directly but only to the single files, you should be able to download the firmware from here for example

    https://dect2.snom.com//M900/M900_v0510_b0001.fwu

    If that doesn't work you can try a local upgrade

    And if it still isn't working we need a private ticket for investigation, if you are a Snom partner please raise a ticket with us and not a Community thread, otherwise ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.
