Hello,

since a couple of days, the A190 did not work properly, we updated M900 to the newest build and M70 as well (530.7)

we updated A190 to the newest 530.2

after re-pairing the A190 to M70, they could not handover calls to the paired terminal/headset.

any suggestions?

i have deleted sip registrations, done resets already.

    Hi,

    I've just upgraded all the devices to match your configuration: M900 on 530.7, M70 on 530.7 and A190 on 530.2.

    I've correctly paired the M70 and the A190 following the procedure below

    How do I pair the A190 headset with an Mxxx series DECT handset

    Now when I call the SIP extension they are sharing, both the handset and the headset ring at the same time and I can pickup a call on either one of them.

    During a call, if I am speaking via the A190, I can get the call back to the handset by pressing the green receiver on the M70.

    Vice versa, if I am speaking via the M70, I can use the headset call key to "steal" the call back and continue on the A190.

    Are you doing anything differente or is there something I am not trying which doesn't work on your side?

    Hello,

    just wanted to get back to the Topic, since i could not make it work.

    i have updated the Base Station and Handset to 650 Firmware, the A190 is still on 530.2

    I can pair both Devices and handover works, but the calls gets terminated then after 30 seconds.

    i am using 3CX Cloud, maybe that is doing something wrong.

    I  have paired the devices with both methods, either with provision on A190 and without.

      Hi,

      This seems to be a different issue from the one that was raised at the beginning and we would need some SIP traces and syslog to investigate: we cannot do that in our public Community, please raise a private ticket if you are a Snom partner or ask your Snom reseller to do so for you.

    Hello,

    wanted to give you an update.

    so the Problem (probably) existed because we are having 3 warehouses (3 locations)

    my extension is connected to M70 DECT in every Warehouse, but only in my main warehouse i use the A190 paired.

    I have made new extension for the secondary warehouses now and pairing worked in my main warehouse without problems.

    since then Handovers do work fine.

    Tested it with 2 different A190 and different main locations / extensions.


    but the second problem i had is that my calls did terminate after ~30seconds

    this one still persists. it only appears after some hours the devices were paired and working fine.
