Hi,

We have Snom D785s installed at all our branches. It looks like they’re throttling our downstream PCs Tx throughput.

We have synchronous 100Mbps and I’ve tested this a few ways, we’re stuck at around 8Mbps upload, but only when connected to the D785’s integrated switch. When the PC is connected without the phone we're seeing ~100MBps in each direction.

We’ve been investigating this for a couple of days now and determined this is not an isolated issue for us. All our phones have firmware version 10.1.141.10 installed.

Any ideas?

    Hi Daniel,

    There is no known issue with the built-in Ethernet switch. Please update one phone to the latest FW Version and try it again.
