I have my Snom pa1 registered with my PBX when you dial the extension it picks up the pa1 and the green ligt flashes. But there is no sound that comes out of the PA speaker here is the error log.

The extract of the error log doesn't really help much. There are several points that you would need to inspect:

    • Is the SIP identity registered?
    • Is the RTP port range blocked by any firewall?
    • Is the speaker properly connected to the PA1?

If all the answers are yes, and the problems continue, I recommend you contact Snom Sales, so that they can recommend to you a certified Snom partner to support you.
