Hi support:

I have quite a strange problem with our telephone system: From our Snom D315 I can not call a certain number. I wanted to book a Hotel in Brussels calling +32 2 486 63 88 and thus dialing 003224866388. The phone does not do any dialing (for like two seconds) and then says "Connected" and the call time is running but I do not hear anything (there should be a answering machine with instructions). After approx. 1 minute the call ends without me doing anything. I tried this with two Snom D315 and same behavior with both. Strangely, I did the same with two different M25 that we have here and there it works fine. Firmware of the Snom D315 just updated to 10.1.101.11 - but the problem remained. Any idea what is going on here?

    Hi,

    This is usually due to the PBX handling the call, the phone doesn't know the difference between any called number in general, but for a deeper investigation we would need some configuration files and SIP traces.
