Hi, we did an upgrade from the SNOM D765 to 785, and an old feature that allowed to call back automatically to a busy number when it was not busy anymore without having to be constantly calling back, is not available, including the code i was send does not work because its now allowed when doing the call. I already seen the     Automatic Redial on Busy option with no results. Also is there a way to add as function to the lateral buttons ? Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    This feature should be available by enabling the parameter auto_redial_value and by setting the auto_redial_value in seconds, which is the time the phone will wait before re-dialling.

    If this doesn't work we need to investigate why and we would need a private ticket, you can raise one if you are a Snom partner, or ask your Snom reseller to help you with that.
