I have a site of 40 D120 handsets that are in the rooms of a motel. The phones are provisioned by Option 66 on the DHCP server. Everything is working fine in this regard. Due to the guests sometimes messing with the phones, I have the provisioning refresh interval set to 30 mins.

This is also working fine, however, every time the phone runs the refresh it wakes the screen up for about 10 seconds.

This doesn't matter most of the time, but we are getting complaints from some guests that the phone keeps waking them up during the night.

Is there a way to have the DHCP refresh not wake the screen?
