Setup → Preferences → Scroll down to "PA1 Controls" section; therein, you will find "Phone ends call after set seconds" - this is the parameter for this feature.

The PA1 automatically ends a call, received or started by the PA1, after the set time (in seconds). Please also have a look on setting user_auto_connect which is on per default on PA1.
