Description

Time in milliseconds until the phone plays the internal ringer after early media announcement is finished. Since 10.1.150, this fallback is only possible when rtp_early_media_playback is set to preferred.

 ---> 183 Progress + SDP (phone plays the incoming early media
                          instead of internal ringtone)
