The firmware version which is installed on the IP phone can be obtained via the phone user interface or via the web user interface.

D120, D3xx & D7xx Series

PUI (Phone User Interface)

On the PUI: Press the gear icon key on your phone (formerly a screwdriver) and navigate to the "Information" menu item.
Then select the menu item "System information".

WUI (Web User Interface)

On the WUI: Call up the web interface of your snom phone and click on "System Information" on the left side.

D8xx Series from Fw Version: 10.1.137.15

(With Phone Manager)

PUI (Phone User Interface)

On the PUI: Press "Menu" Button on your phone

and then navigate to the "Status" menu item.

Then select the menu item "Connection"

Then "IP Connection"

Here you find the IP Address:

WUI (Web User Interface)

On the WUI: Call up the web interface of your snom phone, login and click on "Status/System Info" on the left side.
